Amplus, an innovative and flexible fixed-income strategy, is the place to be during good times and bad. It aims to protect investors during a downturn and maximize returns in a rising market. We invest in high-quality companies that are raising debt to invest in the growth of their businesses. We support their mission by purchasing bonds, preferred shares, and convertible notes, increasing our investment when the time is right. A small and agile fund combined with active trading, we can take full advantage of market volatility. Because Wealhouse’s goal is to make as much money for our investors as possible, we do not have layers of bureaucracy that hinder time-sensitive trades. During a sell-off, we can buy quickly. And during a market rally, we can sell just as fast.

Lions Bay is an equity fund designed to prosper in a volatile market. Our goal is to protect and participate. We protect the downside through active trading and disciplined hedging, while a core portfolio of long-term investments in outstanding businesses allows us to participate in rising markets. Outperforming during market sell-offs positions us to take advantage of asset mispricings when they are most attractive. Our fund is comprised of three cyclically balanced strategies, that can each thrive in different market environments.

Voyager — as its name suggests — is the fund for the investor who wants to “go for it.” In a world where more money is being run by fewer and fewer firms — and funds are becoming significantly bigger — we feel it pays to be small. Voyager invests in small- and mid-cap public companies overlooked by the big funds because of their size. But we seek out and identify the small companies that will become big companies. We get in on the action before everyone else and hold these investments just as long as we need to, while continually evaluating their performance. Why follow the herd when you can be the first in?
